📦 Shipping & Local Pickup

How long does shipping take?
Most Knot & Dot pieces are made just for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Tracking is sent once your order ships.


Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer free local pickup in Utah County. Orders are typically ready within 3–5 business days.


Where is local pickup located?
Pickup is available in Lehi, Utah by appointment only. You’ll receive full details in your “ready for pickup” email.


Who can choose local pickup?
Local pickup is available for Utah customers only. Customers outside Utah will see shipping options at checkout.


Will I be notified when my order is ready?
Yes. You’ll receive either:

A shipping confirmation with tracking, or

A ready for pickup email once your order is complete


♻️ Returns & Custom Orders

Do you accept returns?
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn and in original condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and will receive a refund after the item has been received and inspected. Please contact us before sending anything back.


Are custom or personalized items returnable?
Because custom pieces are made just for you, all personalized items are final sale.


Can I change or cancel a custom order?
Please reach out as soon as possible after ordering. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.


What if there’s an issue with my order?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.


Does my piece come with a warranty?
We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 6 month warranty on all products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects (broken chain, faulty clasp, etc.). If any of these defects apply to you, reach out to us via email shopknotanddot@gmail.com. 

Please note that regular wear and tear, lost/stolen pieces, and damage caused by improper care is not covered under warranty.


Do you offer repairs?
Please contact us at shopknotanddot@gmail.com for any repair requests. Repairs are subject to a fee and will be quoted via e-mail. 


Safety

Can my baby or toddler sleep in their necklace?We designed our pieces to be loved and worn during the day, but for safety, we recommend removing all necklaces before naps and bedtime. Babies and young children should always be supervised while wearing jewelry.
